Maison Jouy-en-Josas

For the transformation of the bedroom into a master suite, I drew inspiration from a remarkable work that influenced both the layout and atmosphere: Mies van der Rohe’s Barcelona Pavilion.
To optimize the space and create a room that is both spacious and intimate, walls were removed, opening the area to light and volume. This suite seamlessly combines generous space with a cocoon-like sensation, offering a contemporary refuge.
The expansive living room was adorned with the artwork “Floraison des Oiseaux” from the Oiseaux de Passage collection, inspiring the owners to reinterpret their library in harmony with its color palette. Artistic inspiration is reflected in the carefully chosen tones and details, lending an elegant modernity to the entire space.
